Mid-America recently (4th qtr. 2004 and 1st qtr. 2005) completed three sales transactions as exclusive sales agent and advisor (right).

The firm's president, Mr. Nowobilski, has participated in transactions collectively valued at approximately $1 billion. Prior to joining Mid-America he directed domestic and international merger & acquisition activities as vice president with Zeigler Coal Holding Company, a publicly traded $900 million revenue company. Mr. Nowobilski directs Mid-America's mergers & acquisition engagements.
